Below are some of are common questions about the Art Garden
Will my plants grow? I always kill them!
Yes! Art Garden takes care of the hard stuff - water, light, and feeding. Even if you've never kept a plant alive before, you can grow beautiful plants with us.
What can grow in my Art Garden?
Lots of fun things! Grow fresh herbs for cooking, colorful flowers, leafy greens, and more. We'll help you pick plants that will grow best in your space. See our Plants page for more details.
Do I need a sunny window?
Nope! Art Garden has special lights built in that give your plants exactly what they need. Put it anywhere on your wall.
Is it hard to set up?
Not at all! All you need is a hammer and a tape measure—it’s even easier than hanging a picture frame. We make it simple by including a level with our hanging system, ensuring a perfect fit every time. Setting up your Art Garden is quick and designed for anyone to do with ease.
Will it make a mess?
No mess! Everything stays neat inside the frame. No dirt, no spills, no cleanup.
What if I go on vacation?
Your Art Garden can take care of your plants for up to 1 month. No need for plant sitters!
How often do I need to add water?
Just fill the tank once every 2-4 weeks. A light will tell you when it's time to refill.
Can I change how it looks?
Yes! Switch out the frame and artwork anytime. Make it match your style or the season.
Is it safe for kids?
Yes! Art Garden uses a safety-certified wall mounting system rated to hold 10x the unit’s weight. It won’t shift or move on the wall. Releasing the unit requires standing on a chair or ladder to press the secure red button on top!
Is it safe for pets?
Yes! Unlike regular houseplants, Art Garden hangs on your wall, up high and out of the way. Your pets stay safe, and your plants stay pretty!
When will Art Gardens be available?
We’re planning to begin shipping Art Gardens by Fall 2025. However, as much as we plan to meet our goal, challenges may occasionally cause delays. To stay updated we encourage you to join our waitlist and be the first to know about our progress and launch updates!
Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
Where do you ship?
Loom Gardens currently ships within the United States. We are continuously looking at expanding our shipping destinations.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns on opened seed packets or used systems.
How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, contact our customer service team at support@loomgardens.com with your order details. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning your item.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please email support@loomgardens.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement.
How long does shipping take?
We are trying to process preorders as fast as we can. We are working around the clock to process your orders and we hope to have them shipped August 2025. Standard shipping takes approximately 3-5 days.
Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Are the seeds included with the Art Garden?
Yes, each Art Garden comes with a selection of curated seeds designed for optimal growth in our system. Just add an Art Garden to your cart and we will handle the rest! the included seed pods will last 6 months.
Can I use my own seeds?
For best results, we recommend using Loom Garden seeds that thrive in hydroponic environments.
How should I store unused seeds?
Store seeds in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture, to maintain viability.
What is the shelf life of the seeds?
Our seeds remain viable for 1 year when stored properly. Germination rates may decline slightly over time.
Can I grow flowers or fruits in the Art Garden?
Absolutely. Our system supports a variety of plants, including herbs, leafy greens, edible flowers, and select small fruits. See our Plant Specs Page for details
